VR training
VR training: custom simulators so your team can practise without risk
VR training for business: we build virtual reality simulators so your people can practise real procedures (a surgical intervention, operating a bioreactor, a maintenance check or a plant manoeuvre) as many times as they need, without putting anyone at risk or stopping operations. They run on Meta Quest headsets, with no computer and no cables, and with PC-grade visuals.

What VR training solves
Practising for real is expensive or dangerous
In the simulator, mistakes have no consequences: trainees repeat the procedure until they master it, before touching a patient, a machine or a facility.
Equipment is scarce or always in use
A virtual bioreactor, operating room or production line is available to every trainee, at any time, with no wear and tear.
Training means stopping operations
Training moves out of the production environment: no plant shutdowns, no facilities to book.
Every trainer teaches differently
Everyone practises the same procedure, with the same steps, at every site.
We cannot tell whether training works
We design each simulation to record steps, errors and times, so you can measure every trainee's progress.
VR needs powerful PCs and dedicated rooms
Our simulators run on standalone headsets costing around €350, with no computer and no cables, so they go to any classroom or workplace.
What the data says
- 4×
- faster than classroom training
- 3.75×
- more emotionally connected to the content than in a classroom
- 4×
- more focused than with e-learning
Why work with us
- 01PC-grade visuals, no PC
We achieve computer-level detail on standalone Meta Quest headsets. - 02Built around your processes
We recreate your equipment, your facilities and your procedures, not an off-the-shelf course. - 03Proven in demanding settings
We have built simulators for hospitals, universities and industry. - 04Start with a pilot
Validate the idea with a small group before investing in a full rollout.
Case studies
First you see it. Then we build it.
- 01
On-site demo
We bring the headsets so you can try it first-hand.
- 02
Pilot or prototype
We validate the idea with real users before scaling.
- 03
Development
We build the experience to fit, with PC-grade visuals.
- 04
Rollout and maintenance
We set up the headsets, train your team and keep it running.
How much a VR simulator costs: ways to start
- 01Licence a ready-made simulator
Start now with existing simulators, such as our bioreactor or surgical simulator. - 02Pilot
A first module with a small group to validate results before scaling. - 03Custom development
A simulator of your procedure, your equipment and your environment. - 04Headsets, rollout and maintenance
We set up the headsets, train your trainers and keep the content up to date.
FAQ: VR training
How much does a VR training simulator cost?
It depends on the scope: licensing an existing simulator does not cost the same as building one around your procedure. That is why we suggest starting with a demo and a focused pilot. Our pricing page explains the engagement models.
What equipment do we need for VR training?
Just Meta Quest 3 headsets, at around €350 each. No computers, cables or dedicated room: the simulators run on the headsets themselves.
What can you train with a VR simulator?
Any procedure with steps, risks or equipment that is hard to use for real: surgical interventions, lab practice, equipment operation and maintenance, health and safety, cockpit procedures or vehicle diagnosis, among others.
Can we measure what each trainee learns?
Yes. We design the simulator to record the steps, errors and time of every session, so trainers can follow each person's progress.
Does virtual reality cause motion sickness?
We design the experiences to minimise it: users control their own movement, sessions are kept to a sensible length and the image is stable. You can check it with your own team during the demo.
Can we start small?
Yes, that is what we recommend: an on-site demo and a pilot with a small group to measure results before scaling.
What is immersive learning?
It is learning by doing inside a simulated environment: instead of reading or watching a video, people carry out the procedure in virtual reality, make mistakes with no consequences and repeat until they master it.
Can it be combined with augmented reality?
Yes. Virtual reality trains the full procedure away from the workplace, and augmented reality guides workers on the real equipment, on a tablet or headset. The two complement each other.
Do you run courses to learn virtual reality?
No. We do not teach VR courses: we build the simulators your staff, students or residents use to train in their own field.
Do you work with training providers?
Yes. If you run health and safety or technical courses, for example, we can build or license simulators for you to add to your catalogue.
